You can return any item within 7 days of receipt (based on shipment tracking) to exchange it if you have proved that there is defect on that particular item. Simply drop an email to us and clearly stated the order number, and the reason you are exchanging that item. We will advise you on the return address. Following that, complete the Returns Form that will be emailed to you, and make your own arrangements to return the item(s) to us through any postal carrier. Please note that you will bear the costs of the postal carrier. As we will not be responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit, we strongly recommend for you to use registered post.
Please note that any item returned must be in their original condition (this includes the item in its original packaging) and it is very important that no labels are removed. All goods will be inspected on return. Any item not bearing our label or in an unsuitable condition will be returned to you.
We will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
